What do you get when you mix a little old house paint and some junk mail?
Well gift seed bouquets of course.
Ok the truth is you have to have your brian wired some strange and convoluted way to think up such a thing but I know I am not the only one with this slightly off center disposition. Because thankfully I have you. And if you are reading this than chances are you think a little out on the edges like me. :-)
Step 1 - Collect your painting supplies and your junk mail.
Step 2 - String up some close line. Paint one side of your paper and hang to dry.
Step 3 - Repeat for the opposite side. Allow to dry completely.
Step 4 - Fold lilies.
Step 5 - Add stems using wooden sticks and florist tape. I also added some green leaves.
Step 6 - Optional painting to add additional color.
Step 7 - Fold small paper seed pouches. Add seeds.
Step 8 - Use pipe cleaners to tie off the tops of seed pouches.
Step 9 - Insert seed pouches into the center of each flower and arrange in vase.
Step 11 - I also made a little seed booklet for each of the seeds that I included in the bouquet.
